P.O.P. 360 Community Restoration & Job Creation Project

The P.O.P. 360 Community Restoration & Job Creation Project is a 5-year initiative (2025–2030) designed to scale proven strategies of empowerment into a national model.

Project Goals:

  • Create 1,000,000 jobs nationwide.

  • Develop 200,000 new entrepreneurs.

  • Strengthen 100,000 existing businesses.

  • Provide faith-based mentorship and spiritual growth alongside economic restoration.

Core Strategies:

  1. P.O.P. New Day Centers – Community-based hubs offering job readiness, entrepreneurship training, and structured volunteer opportunities.

  2. Skill Development & Workforce Training – Life skills, work ethics, and employability training prior to workplace entry.

  3. Entrepreneurship Support – Resources, mentorship, and small business incubation.

  4. Revenue Sustainability – Development of handmade Treasured Keepsake Products to generate ongoing program income.

Measurable Outcomes (2025–2030)

  • Participants Trained: 50,000 annually (250,000 total).

  • Employment Placement Rate: 70% within six months of program completion.

  • Entrepreneurs Launched: 40,000 annually.

  • Businesses Strengthened: 20,000 annually through technical assistance.

  • Community Engagement: Expand Juneteenth and Veterans Day traditions into additional Delta communities.

Sustainability

The project integrates program-generated revenue through the production and sale of Treasured Keepsake Products, supplemented by community events, partnerships with municipalities, and ongoing donor support. Grant funding will provide the foundation for scaling and establishing permanent training centers, ensuring long-term impact.

Funding Request

We respectfully request $120,000 in support through donations or product sales to:

  • Establish the first inclusive corporate office and P.O.P. New Day Resource, Business & Market Center in Mound Bayou.

  • Develop and implement training curricula for workforce readiness and entrepreneurship.

  • Provide staffing, facility costs, and program delivery for the 2025–2026 launch phase.

  • Expand partnerships that amplify community restoration and job creation.
